· Each of the listed communication speeds is the maximum value in the technical standard based on the best-effort method, and it is not guaranteed. The communication speed may change due to communication environment and congestion. Also, the maximum communication speed varies depending on the area you are in.

· Call charges exceeding 5000 yen for free call will be charged the following month.
· We will set a maximum limit for excess call charges. When the limit is reached, call origination is disabled, but incoming calls are possible.
· After contract term expires, if you do not declare cancellation, you will be automatically renewed for one month.
· Please note that we can not reimburse the fee for the cancellation month’s daily rate calculation.
· If you wish to cancel, please inform us by 5th of the desired month. If you inform us after 6th day, the cancellation month will be the following month.
· The contract will terminate on the last bussiness day.
· Before you notify us in advance, we may update to most recent revision.
■ About Deposit
· The refund of deposit will be calculated from the monthly basic rate of delivery month + 34th month and will be treated as refund.
· In the case of cancellation in the middle, offset from the basic monthly charge and contract cancellation fee, we will treat it as refund.
